Neville’s Cross Eco Festival 2024

No, it’s not a typo. SPACE for Durham will be attending the Neville’s Cross Eco Festival this year, on Sunday 15 June 2025, but below you will find the results of one of the activities from the 2024 Eco Festival.

We asked visitors to add notes to a big map of Durham showing where they wanted the walking and cycling environment improved. Zoom in and click on any of the green dots to read more about each suggestion.

The Eco Festival is free to enter, and runs from 11am to 4pm on Sunday 15 June in the grounds of St John’s Church, Neville’s Cross. There are refreshments, food, plant stalls, Fair Trade goodies, live music, children’s activities, and all sorts of interesting people to talk to. This year the theme is “Breathe” and SPACE for Durham will be there with our friends from Elvet Clean Air with an activity where you can redesign Durham streets!
